Lead Replacement Policy

Avion Agency is dedicated to delivering agents high-quality, exclusive leads to help maximize success in the field. By purchasing leads through Avion Agency, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Additionally, you agree to waive the right to dispute lead charges for any reason. By moving forward with your purchase, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy. Our commitment is to provide agents with the most competitive pricing while maintaining the highest standards of lead quality.

All lead replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your order being fulfilled.

Eligible for Replacement:

• Disconnected Phone Numbers ONLY. (Our support team will call to confirm that the number is disconnected before issuing a replacement. Applies to Real-Time Leads only.)

• Duplicate Leads received within 60 days (Applies to both Aged and Real-Time Leads.)

Not Eligible for Replacement:

• Unresponsive numbers (no answers, voicemails, or wrong info).

• Duplicate leads received more than 60 days apart.

• Leads from replacement orders or complimentary/free leads.

• Any OTP (SMS-verified) leads.

We will replace up to a maximum of 10% of your total order size.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience. However, to continue offering agents the best possible lead quality at the most affordable price, while maintaining a reliable system, this policy must be applied consistently across every order.
